Paul E. Willman, Esq.
Paul Willman practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship/ Conservatorship. Paul represents clients in all phases of litigation including discovery, pre-trial hearings, order to show cause hearings, settlement conferences, and trial. Paul provides individual service in preparing estate planning documents including wills, trusts and powers of attorney. In addition, he represents clients in probate, guardianship and conservatorship matters administering estates and protecting minors and incapacitated individuals and their assets.
Paul has practiced law since 1994. He is appointed by the Court regularly to represent children in family law matters and individuals in guardianship and conservatorship matters. He serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Superior Court. Paul has served as a settlement Judge in over 100 family law and probate settlement conferences and continues to serve on a regular basis. In addition, Paul presides as Judge Pro Tem in probate and mental health hearings.
When Paul isn’t at the office, he spends his time with his family, both in town and out of state and reading biographies and books on American History. Paul and his wife, Dawn have two children and one grandchild.

Ann C. Lyons, Esq.
Ann practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Family law and Guardianship/Conservatorship. Ann takes great pride in providing excellent legal services to clients navigating difficult circumstances in their lives.
Ann helps clients in all aspects of their claim both prelitigation and during litigation. Ann believes that the attorney and the client should work together as a team. Ann works closely with each client, to ensure that the best possible legal outcome is achieved. Although many cases will be resolved without the necessity of litigation, sometimes litigation is unavoidable. Ann is comfortable with all areas of litigation, including witness interviews, depositions, motion practice, hearings, settlement negotiations and conferences, and trials.
When not practicing law, Ann takes improv classes and performs with a local improv group. The Yes And philosophy is helpful in the practice of law and life in general. Ann also enjoys spending time with her daughters and friends.

Brett Willman, Esq.
Brett Willman practices in the area Family Law, focusing on divorce, child custody, paternity, parenting plans, and property division. Brett works to resolve issues in his client’s and the children’s best interest while trying to avoid the cost, and uncertainty, of litigation. If out-of-court resolution is not possible, Brett represents clients in all phases of the litigation process including disclosure, hearings, settlement conferences, and trial.
Brett provides individualized representation for clients through this sometimes overwhelming process. His approach is centered on empathy, communication, support, and information. Brett clerked for two years while he was in law school with a family law attorney in Salem, Oregon with over 40 years of experience.
While Brett is not in the office, he enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with his family.
