Maitland R. Lonquist, Esq.

Maitland Lonquist practices in the area Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and Guardianship/Conservatorship. Maitland provides individual service in preparing estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and special needs trusts. She represents clients in probate, guardianship and conservatorship matters administering estates and protecting minors and incapacitated individuals and their assets. In addition, Maitland represents clients in all phases of litigation. Maitland also provides insight and assistance to individuals and their families in need of ALTCS benefits.

Prior to being admitted to practice law in Arizona in 2025, Maitland was a law clerk with Willman Law Firm for almost 3 years. During her time as a law clerk and as an attorney, Maitland has honed her skills in preparation of estate planning documents, deep understanding of Arizona case law and statutes, and client-communication. Maitland provides specialized representation for clients in all stages of litigation, preparation of estate planning documents, and administration of estates.

In Maitland’s spare time, she enjoys exercising, catching-up on her favorite tv shows, and spending time with her family and pets.
