Brett P. Willman, Esq.

Brett Willman practices in the area Family Law, focusing on divorce, child custody, paternity, parenting plans, and property division. Brett works to resolve issues in his client’s and their children’s best interest while trying to avoid the cost, and uncertainty of litigation. If out-of-court resolution is not possible, Brett represents clients in all phases of the litigation process including disclosure, hearings, settlement conferences, and trial.

Brett provides individualized representation for clients through this sometimes difficult and overwhelming process. His approach is centered on empathy, communication, support, and information. Brett clerked for two years while he was in law school with a family law attorney in Salem, Oregon with over 40 years of experience. While Brett is not in the office, he enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with his family.
